Looking for the most professional and only cold plunge rental company in the USA? Well, you’ve come to the correct place! We’ve changed our system to make it easier to get the correct rental and pricing for you. You can simply message us through our contact form, or call our direct line posted on our webpage.
Our rentals vary depending on the location, timeframe, number of units, and personnel needed for the rental timeframe. For example, if you are in Florida and want to rent our Mindset Model for a week, we will ship the unit to you with a pre-paid return label, and charge you for the shipping and product rental. If you are within California and want to rent multiple units and need personnel on standby for an event, and it’s multi-day, we charge for travel, lodging, extra personnel, and the rental price of each tub. If we are unable to utilize our chillers due to location of the event or lack of available power, the price of the ice needed to cool the water to the desired temperature will be added to the invoice.
Rentals shipped out or dropped off and picked up at a later date are billed upfront, and rentals that include multi-day events with VCP personnel present are billed 50% upfront and 50% the day the event is over.
We can suit your needs for cold plunges at any event and we carry the proper insurance that most cold plunge companies fail to retain.
As the only cold plunge rental business in the USA, our prices are set to a fair standard and we aim to make every customer happy.
Why Renting a Cold Plunge Makes Sense
1. Perfect for Large Events and Competitions
Cold plunges are becoming a standard feature at athletic events, wellness retreats, and recovery zones. Whether it’s a marathon, CrossFit competition, or corporate wellness day, having cold plunges on-site can help participants recover faster and feel more energized.
2. Cost-Effective for Short-Term Needs
Buying a high-quality cold plunge can be a big investment, especially for one-time events or seasonal use. Renting allows you to get the same premium experience without the long-term commitment or maintenance costs.
3. Fully Managed Service
Our team doesn’t just drop off equipment. We provide setup, breakdown, and—if needed—on-site support to ensure your cold plunge stays at the perfect temperature throughout your event.
