Start with your rental start and end dates, the event address or city, and the approximate number of participants. Let us know whether you need one tub or multiple units and whether you want our team present at the event.

2. Choose a chiller or a tub-only setup
A chiller-equipped rental pairs a VCP tub with a 1HP water chiller, hoses, fittings, and a power cord. A tub-only rental is available for use with ice. If you need an ice-based setup, tell us whether you want ice quoted as part of the service.

3. Understand the rental price
Your quote depends on rental duration, equipment, number of units, setup location, shipping, ice, and staffing needs. Current published options include:
- Tub and 1HP chiller: $250 per day, with setup included within 30 miles of Fresno. Travel charges apply beyond 30 miles.
- Out-of-area events: $250 per day, plus applicable travel expenses for a multi-day staffed event.
- Shipped rentals: $500 minimum for up to one week, plus round-trip shipping.
- Inflatable tub only: $175 per day, $350 for two days, or $400 for up to one week.

4. Confirm setup, staffing, and return arrangements
