First time users: We recommend starting at 50 degrees for up to 3 minutes. Assess your tolerance over time and increase your cold plunge experience up to 10 minutes or more. Drop the temperature by a few degrees each time you’re ready to increase the effects of cold plunging and assess your tolerance at cooler temperatures.

Light use: Change filter every month
Heavy use: Change filter every two weeks

5 Micron Filters are used for heavy sediment. Other filter options are available and will allow more flow through the chiller and better cooling efficiency when cooling to 37 degrees.

There may be a few degree variance from water temperature to chiller temperature.

Turn off chiller when ambient temperatures are below 35 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage to the chiller from freezing.

Once your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped via UPS Ground. You will receive the tub and chiller in two boxes. A tracking number with your order number will be sent via email.

6 Month Warranty on Any Factory Defects

Valley Cold Plunges LLC does not cover neglect to the equipment, punctures or tears in the inflatables/pop-up tubs from sharp objects/animals/misuse, or expansion and warping of inflatable rings on our pop-up tubs from exposure to high heat and/or direct sunlight. We recommend that if you purchase a pop-up tub, it shall be placed in a shaded area or if exposed to sun, it must have the weather cover installed to prevent warping of the inflatable rings. Inflatable tub and cover have a max PSI rating of 10 PSI and the pup-up tube inflatable rings shall be inflated to where they are firm and can hold shape. Over inflation causing damage or warping is not covered under the warranty. We do not cover damage to the internal components of the chiller unit if the user chooses to run the chiller below 37 degrees. 37 degrees is the lowest recommended temperature to utilize the chiller without damaging internal components. Running the chiller without pumping water can damage the pump and other internal components. This is not covered under the warranty. Using salt water or adding salt to your water will corrode the chiller internals and will not be covered under warranty. Issues with filters/hoses/UV light sanitation/o-rings/fan motor are covered under the warranty within reason of product failure. This includes electrical shock, fire, drowning, cuts or puncture wounds, hypothermia, heart attack, and any illness relating to submerging in water in the inflatable tub. Negligence, misuse, and carelessness of Valley Cold Plunge products will be the sole responsibility of the owner and any person/s that are allowed in and/or around the chiller and inflatable tub.
