Valley Cold Plunges is not liable for any illness, injury, or death, that may occur from using any cold plunge product from Valley Cold Plunges LLC (with or without water in any of the cold plunge products), chiller unit, and accessories that connect to any barrel or tub, and chiller. This includes electrical shock, fire, drowning, cuts or puncture wounds, hypothermia, heart attack, and any illness relating to submerging in water in the inflatable tub. Negligence, misuse, and carelessness of Valley Cold Plunge LLC products will be the sole responsibility of the owner and any person/s that are allowed in and/or around the chiller and inflatable tub.
